Woke up this mornin feel motivated… and a wee bit German.
I made Egg Spaetzle for breakfast for me and Jac. It was so so so good.
Homemade German noodles, boiled and then sauteed with onions and seasonings. Add a poached egg on top. Ding Dong - it’s a party in yo’ mouf!
I’m thinking of having a German breakfast one Sunday, and inviting people over for Spaetzle and beers.
