My buddy Will, @WillMcD, iChats me this afternoon to let me know he farted in the office. Sweet. He thinks all his coworkers can smell it, but nobody is saying a peep. I take this opportunity to fuck with him - cause it’s Will, and it’s fun.

I quickly convince him that I scored a secret song leaked from the National’s new album. I then, somehow, convince him that it’s not meant to be played in headphones, but on vinyl or through computer speakers. The National is a band that would totally do something like that and blow your mind! Teeming with excitement, Will takes off his headphones, cranks up his speakers and plays this bootlegged National track, which I named “Bullet Proof” for believability. Great song name, and totally believable.
